NETVOX Wireless Sensor R718PB15A is a ClassA type device based on the LoRaWAN protocol housed in a Cylinder Enclosure, it will be good to embed the unit in the soil.
The R718PB15A connected to a RS-ECTH-N01 soil sensor to report the temperature, conductivity and soil moisture collected by the sensor to the corresponding gateway
Principle of Operation
NETVOX Wireless Temperature Sensor outputs the ambient temperature in degrees Celsius. It is programmed to sleep for a user-given time interval (heartbeat) and then wakeup. To stay within the abilities of the processor, the temperature is computed off a data table provided by the manufacturer.
