The MS48-LR serves as a robust LoRaWAN-to-Modbus gateway, seamlessly integrating long-range wireless sensor networks with industrial control systems. This open-source device bridges LoRa communications to IP networks through WiFi, Ethernet, or optional 4G connectivity, enabling extended-range data transmission at reduced bandwidth requirements. Featuring an embedded LoRaWAN Server and IoT platform, it accommodates multiple LoRaWAN endpoints while providing Modbus network access for PLC integration. The gateway arrives pre-configured with regional frequency bands and supports custom frequency customization for proprietary deployments. Built-in remote management capabilities allow system integrators to monitor performance and execute maintenance tasks from any location, streamlining operational oversight across distributed installations.
